i know this is in the wrong section but nobody ever looks in the computer section, because well duh, so i put it in the womens health section. i always do this. sorry.

but ok i have dial up on my computer and i have limewire to get my music but it always takes like 2 hours just to get one song since my internet sucks balls. so i was wondering if anybody knew any other way to get music thats free and wont put a ton of crap on my computer like spyware or whatever its called that will make my computer slow.

My personal choice has to be soulseek. It takes a while to get used to the interface, but once you get the hang of it, it's the best - and no junk that goes along with it! The best part about it is that you can search for more than one file at a time, unlike most of the other programs I've dealt with. Also, you can choose to share none of your files if you're the type to hate dealing with uploads (like me).
