Not possible. Also it is a microsoft game, so when you go to windows updates, it will make sure that all microsoft products are legal and not pirated. I suggest you go out, pay the 20 or 30 bucks and buy open for business.

Any place to downloaded, it all will have a high risk of spyware or virus. The only one you may find that doesn't is a 30 day trial version.
