Hi, I recently have upgraded to a computer that has Windows Vista as the operation system and am currently using a Geniatech T328B USB TV Tuner using BlazeDTV 2.5a to watch Live TV. Recorded TV video quality is sufficient, still captures are not. They are of average quality and stretched out unevenly. I was wondering if anyone had any idea on the "best" software to take "Still images" from video recordings. The recommended software needs to satisfy the following requirements:
- It needs to be free (as in BEING FREEWARE, NOT SHAREWARE, unless there aren't significant limitations in the shareware recommendation)
- It needs to be free of additional unwanted programs, trojans and scripts (i.e. no Malware, Adware, Spyware and any other "hidden" computer damaging extras)
- It needs to ACTUALLY PROVIDE "good quality" output and;
- It needs to be compatabile with Windows Vista
Any assistance on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
