Can anyone recomend a good general tech support website for advanced users? Please provide prior cas

I just built a new comp, and am having some random problems...i updated drivers, removed spyware etc...

I'm looking for a good tech support sight, that isn't specific to just one type of computer support (ie spyware...or just software, or just hardware)...want a site that can help with anything...a free site would be awesome

they helped me figure out what the highest processor speed that my motherboard could handle. Made sure my pc was free of spyware/adware/viruses ect. Helped me figure out how to better cool my laptop to keep it from overheating, they can solve anything on there.

I found TechRebublic to be pretty good. They have an "Ask" feature sort of like Yahoo!, but obviously more computer/tech specific.

They helped me out with troubleshooting an intermittent memory error I was getting (sometimes 1GB sticks would only be read as 512MB).
i personally like http://www.softwaretipsandtricks.com/ it taught me a lot in the past maybe it will do the same for you.

while most of the people are there to push their comps - they still know their stuff and are of plenty enough to help rather quickly
