I tried winAVI and nero 7 but neither will burn srt files with video_ts files (unless you hardcode the subs in, which I do not want to do). I do not want nero 8 because I am happy with nero 7(besides it not be able to burn these files) and I don't want dvd flick because it has spyware in it. So if you know of a program that will do this free or purchased, but preferably purchased, please help me out. Thanks.
