I had malware alarm and thought I got rid of it until I still can't open any web site that remo

I used smitfraud (the only program that allowed me to download without closing the webpage on me) to delete the program and think I successfully removed it. At first i thought it was the malware alarm preventing me from downloading or opening any website that has virus removal or spyware removal. Now after completing the removal or malware alam I still can't download avg free (which is what I normally use) or anyother program that has been recommended (superantispy, spybot, etc...) Can enyone help me be able to get a virus removal (free) on my system somehow without being closed out of the website and why is this "your computer is infected!" thing still in the corner of my screeen%26gt;?

* You see too much pop-up advertisements.

* Your browser has toolbars that you haven't installed.
