Cpu at 100% and No Idea what is wrong.?

I've opened my task manager and I would be running 100% cpu and I don't know why. The only programs I would be running would be teamspeak, msn, and another small program. Neither of which would eat my cpu

I have 1.25 gigs of ram, a perfect processor, my harddrive is near full but I've run my computer perfectly with less free space on my harddrive then I have now. My computer is only around a year and a half old anyway.

I figured my computer might be overheating so I canned aired the fan to get all of the dust out ( which there wasn't really much of ) and It still stays at 100%. Plus the air exiting the computer is not even hot.

I scanned for all spyware or viruses that may be slowing down my computer and found nothing. I used AVG virus and spyware and Spybot Search and destroy. Then i figured it could be I need to defrag my computer. I did that 3 times and STILL it runs at 100% cpu to the smallest programs.

Does anyone have any idea as of how to fix this?
