I want a free, good and easy to use download manager please. no too many adverts, spyware, just straight forward

The best one I've found, and I've used it for three years, is Download Express. I tried several others, and found they either hung up or didn't finish, or I couldn't interrupt a download and go back and finish it later. You can check it out here:

I use Flashget. Takes some time to configure, but works like a charm after that.
I use Internet Download manager and it works good for me.
netpumper by far the best ive used. simple to use and fast
